The Everett C. Oman Memorial Scholarship is a multi-year scholarship valued at $1,300 per year, designed to honor the legacy of Everett C. Oman by supporting students from Boscobel High School pursuing degrees in STEM fields. This scholarship will be awarded annually on behalf of the Boscobel Education Foundation. Each year the Foundation will select up to three applicants planning to attend a university and 3 applicants planning to attend a technical college. Applicants not selected for the multi-year scholarship will automatically be eligible for a traditional Oman scholarship and do not need to submit a separate application.

- Financial Need Essay (500 words or less): Explain why you are applying for this scholarship. Provide details about your financial situation(s) and share how these experiences have shaped your aspirations and prepared you for success in your chosen STEM field as well as how this scholarship will make a difference in your ability to pursue higher education.
- Letter of Recommendation: Provide one letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor or community leader.
- Resume: Submit a resume detailing your achievements, school/community involvement, etc.
